Inex's
commissions

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason. I reserve the right to refuse to do further work with you.

I do not reserve/hold slots in advance.

I do not accept deadlines on commissions.

Make sure your characters have a clear reference sheet and/or other pictures, where the colors and designs are clearly shown. I will not be working with only descriptions*.

I will be drawing in my style. If you do not like my style and want to dictate how you want it to be drawn, please just don't commission me.

You should have the payment ready as soon as you commission me.

I only accept payment through PayPal's invoices.

The currency I accept is Euro(€). I do not accept any form of cryptocurrency.

I accept a payment plan if the commission is over 200€. The plan should last no longer than one month. You have to make a payment of at least 100€ up front and pay the whole amount before you're sent the full resolution picture.

Invoices will have to be paid in full up front. I will not start on the artwork before I receive the full payment*.

Payments for YCH auctions have to be made in 48 hours after the auction has ended. Otherwise your claim to the slot you bid for is void and has been transferred to the second highest bid. YCH payments are non-refundable.

If you stop communication with me after I confirm your slot for more than one week, you will lose your commission slot and I will be reluctant to work with you again.

If you paid for the commission and are not responding and/or vanished with no explanation to me for more than one month, I will not be issuing a refund, due to time wasted.

Be respectful and patient when waiting for your commission to be finished. If needed, I can give you a rough estimate on when I can start and finish your commission.

When the rough sketch(es) are finished, I will contact you and this is where I allow changes (to the pose/background) to be made.

After the sketching phase, I will charge you for each change made (mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge).

When finished, the commissioner gets the full resolution of the picture, which can be shared as long as credit is given.

You are not allowed to remove my watermark or make any edits to my art. Doesn't matter how big or small. Cropping it and using it as a profile picture is totally fine.

You can post your commission on your sites and galleries, with proper credit to me. Refusing to credit me will result in me not wanting to work with you later.

You are allowed to print out my art, only if it's for personal use (e.g. as a poster in your room).

You are not allowed to make profit out of my art (e.g. selling prints). Unless we both agreed on it and I have been compensated for.

If you want your commission to remain private (not uploaded anywhere) indefinitely, the price doubles*. I will keep commissions private for free only if you're waiting to post it on someone's birthday/holiday/etc.

A full 100% is refunded if I haven't even started sketching

Only 25% is refunded after the sketch has been agreed on

After I started lineart, 0% will be refunded.
